New Masters Of Cinema (“The Company”) contracts are made and orders accepted only upon and subject to these terms and conditions of business. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way.

All credit card details that are given to us by you the customer are done so on a secure server using Nochex. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Nochex is encapsulated using an encrypted and digitally signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof. Please note we do not store any of our customer’s details on-line.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to accept responsibility for all actions that occur on the New Masters Of Cinema website through the use of your username and password. RETAIL ORDERS

Payment by credit card or Debit card is required in advance of dispatch.

Goods supplied by New Masters Of Cinema to customers remain the property of the company until paid for in full by the customer.

If the item is out of stock we will notify you before it is dispatched.

Please Note that the DVD’s are region zero meaning that they are playable in all regions. The DVD’s are in PAL format and may not be playable on NTSC DVD machines.

PRICES

Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance.

Purchase of products and contract of sale

New Masters of Cinema Limited takes every care to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot take responsibility or be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a 3rd party gains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website. This may include failure of firewall or anti-spyware software on your computer or anything that is beyond the control or influence of New Masters of Cinema Limited.

Creation of the Electronic Sales Contract

The process of contract creation between you and New Masters of Cinema Limited online are:

• You place an order via our website when you press the 'Make Payment' button in the checkout process.
• New Masters Of Cinema will confirm your order via email, which will detail the products you have ordered. This is an order confirmation or acceptance.
• The order acceptance and completion of sales contract will take place on confirmation of your order unless we notify you otherwise or you have cancelled your order using the instructions given below.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SALE TRANSACTION WILL APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK STATEMENT AS NOCHEX.

There are circumstances in which New Masters of Cinema Ltd may decline to accept your order:

• The product ordered is out of stock
• We cannot obtain authorisation of your payment
• A pricing or product description error is identified
• You are not eligible to order from our website.

Cancellation of electronic sales contract

You can contact us at help@newmastersofcinema.com within 48 hours of placing your order to cancel the order with all money being returned minus the credit card charge within 7 days.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

New Masters Of Cinema currently use Royal Mail First Class delivery.

Orders placed on weekdays within the UK will be despatched within 7 working days. For orders outside the UK please allow 14 working days. Please note that mail delivery could be subject to delay from factors outside of New Masters Of Cinema’s control.

We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are based on the customers location and quantity of goods and are currently as follows:

UK - £1.49 per deliverable item if you are in the UK

Rest of World - £2.49 per deliverable item if you live anywhere else

RETURNS PROCEDURE

A full refund or an exchange of equal value is guaranteed for customers returning unopened products within 28 days of purchase or delivery.

We cannot accept opened (broken seal) returns for our DVD products.

To return an unopened DVD you must notify us in writing before sending back a DVD product by emailing help@newmastersofcinema.com with the title 'RETURNS' and your 'ORDER NUMBER' in the subject heading.

Please return the product to New Masters Of Cinema Ltd. PO BOX 56546 London SW18 9EA with a copy of the invoice emailed to you when placing the order.

CLAIMS

Claims can only be made through the New Masters customer service department by e-mail: help@newmastersofcinema.com. Any claims made before prior communication with the New Masters customer service department will not be considered.

All goods must be checked at the time of delivery. Any claim in respect of damaged goods should be made by e-mail to help@newmastersofcinema.com within 48hr of the delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Only genuinely damaged goods that are returned to New Masters of Cinema Ltd. PO Box 56546 London SW18 9EA within 28 days from date of purchase will be refunded in full.

No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.

No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.

No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or merchandising by the customer of any DVD goods supplied by New Masters.

COMPLAINTS

If you find that you are not satisfied with a product or service please contact us at help@newmastersofcinema.com. You will receive a written response within 10 working days. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a further 14 working days.

MISTAKES IN BILLS, RECEIPTS OR PAYMENTS

Any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of agreeing to do so.

Guarantee

All goods offered by the company are guaranteed to meet statutory requirements. However, the company cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
